Job summary

Red Hawk Trucking in the United States is seeking a CDL-A Dry Van Driver for a regional role that gets you home weekly. Run during the week and be home every weekend for 48 hours with your truck parked at your place. 100% no-touch dry van, full truckload, primarily Midwest routes, no NYC/Canada/Mexico.

Qualifications

• Current Class A CDL with valid license.
• At least 8 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience.
• No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years.
• No DWI in 5 years and no preventable DOT reportable accident in 3 years.
• Pass a DOT physical, drug screen and Human Performance Evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Operate 53' dry van trucks on regional routes.
• Home every weekend for 48 hours, truck parked at home.
• 100% no touch dry van, full truckload.
• .Service ecommerce and retail customers on primarily Midwest routes.

Job Type: Driving

Experienced driver looking for a regional job that actually gets you home? Run during the week, then you are home every weekend for 48 hours with your truck parked at your place. Starting pay $0.70 to $0.74 per practical mile, estimated $91K to $96K a year.

Pay Breakdown

• 8 to 29 months: $0.70 per mile ($0.72 hazmat)
• 30 months and up: $0.72 per mile ($0.74 hazmat)
• Band pay on short loads: $35 under 100 miles, $25 from 101 to 400 miles
• Detention after only 1 hour, stop off pay

Bonus Money

• $1,425 transition bonus, or $1,600 if you have hazmat
• $750 hiring bonus for drivers hired by 11/13/26, plus $500 at 60 days
• $675 after 30 days with a qualifying safety record
• Every 90 days: $750 CSA bonus with 8 hours of PTO ($925 hazmat) and $675 on road safety bonus
• $150 anniversary bonus each year

Weekly Schedule

• Out during the week, mostly Midwest
• Home every weekend, 48 hours, truck comes with you

• Some loads run overnight, so this job fits drivers who can run nights
