Job summary

QXO is seeking a professional truck driver to join our fleet in the United States. The role involves touch‑freight tasks, loading and unloading, and ensuring safe operations on site while maintaining clear communication with dispatchers and management.

Qualified candidates hold a valid Class A CDL, have at least 12 months of verifiable driving experience, and are comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Class A CDL in good standing.
• Minimum 12 months verifiable commercial driving experience.
• Experience operating heavy equipment and driving a manual transmission truck.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform touch‑freight tasks, may require lifting, moving, or carrying products weighing over 75 lbs.
• Pre‑inspect the truck, load materials, and verify the accuracy of the load.
• Notify branch management of any potential hazards on site.
• Set up job parameters and inspect the site to ensure a safe environment for loading and unloading.
• Maintain regular communication with the dispatcher to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Follow all DOT and company safety procedures, and always wear appropriate PPE.
