Job summary

Flint Logistics in Huntsville, AL is seeking CDL-A truck drivers for regional freight with 100% no-touch dry van loads. You will enjoy weekly home time and a wage of $1,550 to $1,650 per week.

Equipment is brand new Freightliner trucks with amenities. Orientation is paid with travel and hotel expenses covered, and full benefits are provided including medical, dental, and vision.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in the last 12 months or 12 months in the last 3 years.
• CDL-A tractor-trailer experience with dry van or reefer is preferred.

Job description

Regional freight demand and dispatch coordination support steady work for CDL-A truck drivers running 100% no-touch dry van freight throughout the lower 48. This position provides weekly home time and pay of $1,550 to $1,650 per week.

Equipment: Brand new Freightliner trucks come equipped with APU, inverter, refrigerator, and mounts for a TV and microwave.

Route & Home Time: Drivers run lower 48 freight with weekly home time incorporated into load planning. Dispatch coordinates freight assignments and route progression to support consistent scheduling from the beginning of the week through the trip home.

• Advance freight planning helps maintain regular mileage and reduce unnecessary gaps between loads.
• Year-round dry van demand supports consistent freight movement.

Dispatch communication continues throughout the workweek, with pickup timing, delivery schedules, and upcoming assignments coordinated as drivers progress through their routes. This approach provides structure while keeping freight moving consistently.

• Drivers haul 100% no-touch dry van freight across the lower 48.
• Loading and unloading are not required, allowing drivers to focus on safe operation and on-time freight delivery.

Orientation: Drivers receive paid orientation with travel and hotel expenses covered. After completing orientation, drivers are assigned a truck and routed home to get their belongings before beginning their regular freight schedule.
