Rouse Trucking in Columbus, OH is seeking CDL-A drivers for regional, no-touch freight with consistent weekly earnings. Expect 50% drop-and-hook, ~250-mile regional runs, and a Monday–Friday schedule with a 48-hour weekend reset and home time each week.

You’ll operate late-model Freightliner Cascadia tractors with amenities and benefits including health coverage, a 401(k) match after 60 days, paid vacation, and a rider policy for family members and pets at a small weekly cost.

Job description

Pay: $1,350 to $1,450 weekly
Home Time: Home every weekend with a 48-hour reset
Freight: Regional no-touch freight, 50% drop and hook

Experienced CDL-A drivers can keep their week moving with steady dry van freight demand, familiar regional routes, and a schedule built around consistent weekend home time. Rouse Trucking operates a fleet of 350 trucks throughout the Northeast.

Weekly Earnings: $1,350 to $1,450 with direct deposit every Friday | Detention, layover, breakdown, and transition pay provide additional compensation when applicable

Running Area: Freight moves through regional lanes in the Northeast and portions of the Midwest, with most runs averaging around 250 miles. The route setup keeps drivers moving through familiar freight areas during the workweek.

• No-touch freight eliminates driver loading and unloading
• Roughly 50% drop and hook helps reduce delays during pickups and deliveries

Home Time: Monday through Friday driving schedule followed by Saturday and Sunday off | Drivers receive a dependable 48-hour weekend reset each week

Your Truck

• Assigned 2021-2024 Freightliner Cascadia maintained on schedule with no slip seating
• Battery-powered APU, refrigerator, 1,500-watt inverter, SiriusXM, 24-inch HD TV, and double bunks

Requirements
