Rouse Trucking is seeking experienced CDL-A drivers for regional freight headquartered in Bloomsburg, PA. Expect steady weekday miles, no-touch freight, and predictable weekend home time with a typical Monday–Friday schedule.

You will drive an assigned late-model Freightliner Cascadia with sleeper amenities. The package includes Blue Cross Blue Shield, 401(k) with company matching after 60 days, paid vacation and holidays, and family-friendly rider options.

• Valid CDL-A license with at least one year of over-the-road experience.
• Experience operating regional routes and understanding regional operations.

Job description

Pay: $1,350 to $1,450 weekly
Home Time: Home every weekend with a 48-hour reset
Freight: Regional no-touch freight, 50% drop and hook

Rouse Trucking operates 350 trucks throughout the Northeast, and we're hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for steady regional freight flow with dependable route planning, consistent weekday miles, and reliable weekend home time.

Weekly Earnings: $1,350 to $1,450 paid every Friday by direct deposit | Extra pay for detention, layovers, breakdowns, and transition time during your first weeks

Running Area: Regional routes move throughout the Northeast and portions of the Midwest. Most runs average around 250 miles, providing a practical balance of freight movement and road time.

• Approximately half of freight is drop and hook, helping limit time spent at docks

• No-touch freight keeps loading and unloading responsibilities off the driver

Home Time: Run Monday through Friday with Saturday and Sunday off | A consistent weekly schedule makes personal and family time easier to plan

Your Truck:

• Assigned 2021-2024 Freightliner Cascadia with no slip seating

• Double bunks, SiriusXM, 24-inch HD TV, refrigerator, battery-powered APU, and 1,500-watt inverter

Requirements:

• Valid CDL-A license with at least one year of documented over-the-road experience

• Professional CDL-A drivers should understand regional operations and be ready for consistent weekday freight
