Dedicated freight support and organized customer route planning give CDL-A drivers a regional position built around established freight and repeat operating areas. Familiar customer locations help drivers understand appointment expectations, traffic patterns, and the general pace of the workweek.
Every CDL-A driver is assigned a late-model 2021–2024 Freightliner Cascadia with no slip seating. Keeping the same truck throughout the workweek provides a more consistent driving environment and allows personal items to remain organized between dispatches.
Each tractor includes double bunks, SiriusXM radio, a 24-inch HD television, refrigerator, battery-powered APU, and a 1,500-watt inverter. These features provide sleeper climate control, food storage, entertainment, and power for personal electronics while drivers are away from home.
Weekly pay is $1,350 to $1,650, deposited every Friday through direct deposit. Additional compensation is provided for qualifying detention, layovers, breakdowns, and transition time during the first weeks of employment.
Drivers operate Monday through Friday and return home each weekend for a full 48-hour reset. This regular schedule provides two complete days away from the truck and makes it easier to plan personal responsibilities from one week to the next.
Regional freight moves through established Northeast and Midwest lanes with a combination of live-load appointments and drop-and-hook freight. Approximately 50% drop and hook helps limit unnecessary dock delays while supporting continued movement throughout the week.
