Job summary

Salt City Trucking seeks a CDL-A semi-local reefer driver based in Gilroy, CA, hauling fresh and frozen products between California and Washington. You will run 2 round trips weekly with about 2,873 miles per week and 100% no-touch freight, enjoying frequent home time and assigned sleeper equipment.

The role covers California and Washington, with sleeper trucks and a dedicated freight account. Start times vary and shifts are roughly 13 hours, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Minimum 3 months of truck driving experience.
• No SAP drivers.
• Must be willing and able to chain as weather conditions require.
• Must be willing to support other JBI/DCS accounts when needed.
• Safe driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Haul refrigerated products between Gilroy, CA and Ridgefield, WA, covering CA/WA routes.
• Operate 2,873 miles per week with an average of 2 round trips per week.
• Dedicated semi-local reefer freight with 100% no-touch freight.
