Job summary

Texas Materials Group, Inc. is seeking a Ready Mix Driver to transport concrete to construction sites and company facilities.

The role requires operating ready mix trucks safely, delivering to industrial and residential areas, and following supervisor instructions with minimal supervision on routine tasks. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, at least 3 years of trucking experience with similar weight equipment, and a valid CDL A or B license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years driving truck with similar weight/equipment preferred.
• Must hold valid CDL A or CDL B license.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily pre/post trip inspections with DOT documentation.
• Load and unload equipment and materials.
• Monitor gauges during operation of vehicle.
• Maintain daily vehicle mileage logs.
• Follow all company policies to ensure safety.
• Obey dispatch instructions and applicable laws.
• Ensure product quality to the best of ability.
• Perform minor maintenance and refer major issues to supervisor.
• Keep vehicle clean and orderly.
• Attend work as scheduled and on time.
• Other duties as assigned.
