Qualdoc in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Class A CDL Equipment Operator to support railroad recovery, track work, and heavy equipment operations. This is a hands-on role mixing CDL driving, equipment operation, rigging and physical labor.

Responsibilities include inspections, transporting equipment, loading/unloading, operating cranes and heavy machines, and assisting with maintenance and safety training when idle.

Competenze

• Requires 3+ years of heavy equipment operation experience.
• Must possess a valid Class A CDL and be able to perform DOT pre- and post-trip inspections.
• Willingness to work long hours, including weekends/holidays, with potential overtime.

Mansioni

• Complete DOT pre- and post-trip inspections of trucks, trailers, and equipment.
• Transport equipment and materials to and from job sites and verify load permits for oversized/overweight equipment.
• Load, unload, stage, and secure materials and equipment for railroad and construction work.
• Operate cranes, backhoes, excavators, front-end loaders, grapple trucks, and rail-bound equipment.
• Assist with rerailing, load adjustment/transfer, track maintenance, repairs, and new track construction.
