Job summary

Universal Logistics Holdings is hiring for a full-time driver to perform rail and intermodal drayage, moving containers to and from ports and customer facilities. The role offers a day shift with start times between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Earn up to $300+ per day, with a guaranteed $250 per day for the first two weeks. Benefits include BCBS, paid holidays, vacation, personal time, and a 401(k). Prior rail experience is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Class A CDL required.
• Minimum 6 months of verifiable experience within the last year.
• Clean driving record with a proven safe driving history.
• No DUI/OWI within the last 5 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years.
• No more than 2 preventable accidents in the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Operate rail/intermodal drayage and container moves.
• Deliver and pick up freight while maintaining safety and on-time performance.
• Adhere to all DOT regulations and company policies.

Universal Intermodal services all major U.S. ports and intermodal rail ramps, offering domestic door-to-door drayage to and from ports, rails, and customer facilities. We provide chassis, containers, and transportation services for imports, exports, and domestic moves.
