Job summary

Universal Logistics is hiring for a full-time CDL-A driver in the Pittsburgh area. The role offers rail/intermodal drayage, domestic door-to-door services, and a Monday–Friday day shift with year-round work.

Pay is up to $300+ per day, with a guaranteed $250/day for the first two weeks. Benefits after 90 days include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid holidays/vacation. Minimum 6 months of verifiable experience required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Class A CDL required.
• Minimum 6 months of verifiable experience within the last year.
• Clean driving record with a proven safe driving history.
• No DUI/OWI within the last 5 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years.
• No more than 2 preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
• Prior rail experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform rail/intermodal drayage between ports, rails, and customer facilities.
• Provide domestic door-to-door transportation services.
• Maintain safety and compliance with CDL regulations.
• Work a day shift, Monday–Friday with consistent, year-round work.
