Job summary

Universal Logistics is seeking skilled Owner/Operator Truck Drivers to join our team at the Philadelphia, PA terminal. Home daily Monday–Friday morning runs, delivering freight across designated routes.

Earn up to $750 per day gross, plus 70% of total revenue per load. Weekly pay cycle from Sunday to Saturday, settled the following Friday. No forced dispatch and light-touch freight.

Qualifications

• 6 months or more of tractor trailer experience.
• CDL A required.
• At least 21 years of age.
• DOT Compliant.
• 2005 or Newer Tractor.
• Clean driving record with proven safe-driving history.
• No DUI/OWI in the last 5 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years.
• No more than 2 preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
• Pass physical/drug screen.
• Criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe and timely delivery of freight across designated routes.

Universal Intermodal services all major US Ports and intermodal Rail Ramps and offers domestic door-to-door drayage to and from Ports, Rails, and Customer Facilities. We operate from 40 terminals and eight container yards. We provide Chassis, Containers, Drayage, and Services for Imports, Exports, and Domestic moves.
