Job summary

American Driver LLC in Lubbock, TX is hiring CDL-A drivers for dry van OTR routes across 27 states. You’ll start with $0.50 per mile, drive 1,800–2,400 miles weekly, and be home every 2–3 weeks with holidays possible.

Orientation is quick and paid; lodging covered and bus ticket reimbursed. Benefits begin after 30 days, including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) with stock purchase options.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL, 21+ years old required.
• New CDL grads welcome to apply.
• 2 or fewer moving violations in 2 years.
• No DUI/DWI in 10 years.

Responsibilities

• Drive dry van on the OTR network 1,800–2,400 miles weekly.
• Earn $0.50 per mile to start with raises on schedule.
• Receive weekly direct deposit and monthly performance bonus.
• Allow rider and small dog under 40 lbs after training.
