365 Freight USA in Texas is hiring recent CDL-A graduates and entry-level drivers for regional dry van routes with consistent miles and weekly home time.

You will begin with a paid training program lasting 3 to 5 weeks at $850 per week, followed by $1,600–$1,800 per week after training, paid by direct deposit every Friday.

This is a W-2, full-time position offering medical/dental/vision, life insurance, PTO and holidays, a 401(k) with company match, and rider policies.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid CDL-A (ELDT-compliant) and pass DOT drug test.
• 120+ hours CDL instruction from FMCSA-registered training provider.
• Satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Operate regional dry van routes with mostly no-touch freight.
• Adhere to safety and DOT regulations.
• Complete paid training before first run.
• Receive weekly pay by direct deposit.
