Job summary

Austin Powder is seeking a Class A CDL OTR Team Driver to load, transport, and unload materials for tanker operations across the country. This role is part of a two-person driver team using a sleeper-equipped tractor for long-haul routes.

You will conduct pre/post-trip inspections, ensure paperwork accuracy, and follow DOT regulations while collaborating with dispatchers and site personnel. A valid CDL and HazMat/Tank endorsements are required.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age and HS diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of driving experience or completed CDL training.
• Must obtain ATF explosives license and comply with explosive laws.
• CDL Class A with HazMat, Tank, and Air Brake endorsements.

Responsibilities

• Drives and/or operates truck for delivery across United States.
• Unloads tankers into storage bin at customer using onboard pump.
• Performs pre/post-trip inspections and reports maintenance as required.
• Maintains accurate paperwork per company policies and DOT/other regulations.
• Collaborates with dispatcher and coworkers to ensure timely deliveries.
