Job summary

Navajo Express, a third-generation, family-owned carrier, seeks CDL drivers for national OTR refrigerated freight. You will run 2,600–3,000 miles weekly with 99% no-touch loads and guaranteed hometime options to balance work and home life.

We offer top pay of $85,000–$90,000 per year for top drivers, up to $300 bonus for clean roadside inspections, full health benefits, pet and rider policy, bumper-to-bumper coverage, ISAAC ELD, and lease program details on 2024–2026 model trucks.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• 21 years of age or older.
• 6 months of OTR tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years.
• Good MVR (case-by-case).
• No DUI/DWI in past 3 years and no felony in past 5 years.
• Credible work history.

Responsibilities

• Run OTR refrigerated freight across the network with 99% no-touch loads.
• Average 2,600–3,000 miles per week.
• Earn 1 day of hometime for every week out, with options to adjust hometime.

Requirements
