Job summary

Navajo Express, a third-generation, family-owned carrier, is seeking qualified truck drivers for over-the-road refrigerated runs from our Columbus, IN area network.

You’ll handle 53' reefer trailers across the contiguous 48 states, with 99% no‑touch loads, and earn 1 day of hometime for every week out. Top drivers can reach $85,000–$90,000 yearly with solid benefits.

Qualifications

• CDL required and valid authority.
• Minimum 6 months of OTR tractor‑trailer experience in the last 3 years.
• Good driving record and credible work history.

• Run OTR refrigerated freight across our network with 99% no-touch loads
• Average 2,600–3,000 miles per week
• Earn 1 day of hometime for every week out, with new hometime options to get home more or stay out and earn more

Equipment

• 53' reefer trailers, 44,500 lb. payload capacity, servicing the contiguous 48states

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• 21 years of age or older
• 6 months of OTR tractor‑trailer experience in the last 3 years
• Good MVR (reviewed case by case)
• No DUI/DWI within the past 3 years, and no felony within the past 5 years
• Credible work history
