Job summary

Navajo Express is hiring truck drivers for OTR refrigerated freight across our network, featuring 99% no-touch loads and 2,600–3,000 miles per week. Enjoy guaranteed hometime and comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.

We offer top pay: $85,000–$90,000 annually for top drivers, up to a $300 bonus for clean roadside inspections, newer equipment, and options to lease 2024–2026 model trucks. Valid Class A CDL and 6 months OTR required.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL and 21+ years old.
• At least 6 months of OTR tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years.
• Clean MVR: reviewed case by case; no DUI/DWI in past 3 years and no felony in past 5 years.
• Credible work history.

Responsibilities

• Run OTR refrigerated freight across our network with 99% no-touch loads.
• Average 2,600–3,000 miles per week.
• Earn 1 day of hometime for every week out, with options to get home more or stay out and earn more.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
