Job summary

Navajo Express, a third-generation family-owned carrier with 45 years in business, invites professional drivers to join our OTR refrigerated fleet. Run across our nationwide network with 99% no-touch loads and a predictable weekly mile pattern.

Earn $85,000–$90,000 per year for top drivers, plus up to $300 bonus for clean roadside inspections, comprehensive health benefits, and a supportive hometime program. Modern equipment and ISAAC ELD keep you moving safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• 21 years of age or older.
• 6 months of OTR tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years.
• Good MVR (reviewed case by case).
• No DUI/DWI within the past 3 years, and no felony within the past 5 years.
• Credible work history.

Responsibilities

• Run OTR refrigerated freight across our network with 99% no-touch loads.
• Average 2,600-3,000 miles per week.
• Earn 1 day of hometime for every week out, with new hometime options to get home more or stay out and earn more.

What You'll Do

• Run OTR refrigerated freight across our network with 99% no-touch loads
• Average 2,600-3,000 miles per week
• Earn 1 day of hometime for every week out, with new hometime options to get home more or stay out and earn more
