Job summary

Ambipar Response is seeking a Class A CDL Driver to join our on-site team. You will safely operate tractor-trailer or straight trucks, use vacuum trucks to transport waste, and ensure compliance with DOT rules and company policies.

The role requires strong safety adherence, the ability to perform pre- and post-trip inspections, and willingness to travel up to 40% in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Class A or B CDL with no restrictions and clean driving record.
• Pass DOT and Hazmat medical exams; strong safety focus.
• Knowledge of DOT rules and vehicle safety regulations; able to perform basic maintenance checks.
• Ability to operate tractor-trailer or straight trucks and manage waste transport.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate tractor-trailer or straight truck per DOT and company policies.
• Use vacuum trucks to extract, contain, and transport waste safely to prevent spills.
• Load, secure, and transport roll-off containers while complying with weight limits and DOT rules.
• Handle hazardous and non-hazardous waste per regulations and company guidelines.
• Record hours using eLogs and perform pre-trip/post-trip inspections.
• Assist crew and communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.
