Flint Logistics in Houston, TX is hiring CDL-A truck drivers for full-time, no-touch dry van freight across the lower 48 states. You will work with a dispatch team to maintain a predictable weekly schedule and steady freight flow.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in the last 12 months or 12 months in the last 3 years

Home weekly freight consistency and dependable route planning give CDL-A truck drivers a more predictable schedule while running steady no-touch dry van freight across the lower 48. Drivers earn $1,550 to $1,650 per week.

Home Time:

Equipment:

Brand new Freightliner trucks equipped with APU, inverter, refrigerator, and mounts for a TV and microwave.

Route & Home Time:

Drivers cover the lower 48 with weekly home time built into the schedule. Dispatch coordinates freight movement and route timing throughout the week to help keep loads organized while supporting dependable weekly home time.

• The freight network is designed around steady dry van movement, with loads planned in advance to help limit unnecessary downtime and support consistent weekly mileage.
• Drivers can expect regular freight availability instead of relying on irregular or seasonal load volume.

This position gives drivers a structured weekly workflow with dispatch teams coordinating pickup timing, delivery schedules, and route progression. That planning helps keep the truck moving while giving drivers a clearer idea of how the week is expected to run.

• CDL-A truck drivers operate 100% no-touch dry van freight throughout the lower 48.
• Drivers are not responsible for loading or unloading freight, allowing them to stay focused on safe driving, on-time delivery, and maintaining consistent progress throughout their assigned routes.

Orientation:

Paid orientation is provided, and travel and hotel expenses are covered. After orientation, drivers are assigned a truck and routed home so they can pick up their belongings before beginning regular freight assignments.
