HWY Express is hiring CDL-A truck drivers for dedicated Southeast routes based in Pensacola, FL. Earn $1,300–$1,600 per week with 77 cents per mile plus stop pay; orientation pay is offered after joining the team.

Weekly home time and no-touch store deliveries are standard, with late-model International LT trucks and Penske maintenance support. The role includes full-time, regional/local driving with seasonal holiday pay bonuses and benefits after 60 days.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A license is required.
• Six months of recent OTR/ regional/local driving experience preferred.
• Experience maintaining electronic logs is required.

Location: Pensacola, FL 32501 | Home Time: Weekly (34–48 hour reset)
Freight: Store delivery (no-touch) | Pay: $1,300–$1,600 per week + stop pay + orientation pay

Earn $1,300–$1,600 per week with weekly home time and dedicated store delivery routes in this CDL-A truck driving role.

Compensation and Pay Structure

Earn $1,300 to $1,600 per week through our competitive pay structure. Our compensation includes 77 cents per mile, plus $20 stop pay after your first delivery of the day.

Short‑haul assignments offer additional earning opportunities with $45 pay for routes under 50 miles and $35 for distances under 150 miles. Complete our comprehensive orientation program and receive $1,000 orientation pay for attending our 2‑day training class in Nashville, Tennessee.

Home Time and Schedule

• Weekly home time every weekend for 34–48 hour reset periods
• Dedicated lanes serving Northern Florida, Eastern Georgia, South Carolina, and Southern North Carolina
• Consistent miles with no-touch freight operations
• Holiday pay bonus of $100 for working required holidays including New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day
• Secure truck parking provided at designated terminals

Equipment and Maintenance

Drive late‑model International LT trucks featuring 71‑inch sleepers, all maintained under three years old. Each truck comes equipped with APU units, inverters, and space for refrigerators to enhance your comfort during regional driving assignments.

We utilize dry van trailers with all maintenance handled through our partnership with Penske.
