Job summary

J Rose Logistics is seeking a professional Class A CDL driver for regional routes across Florida and neighboring states. You will handle live unloads and box-by-box freight with the support of an experienced operations team.

Expect overnight shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays with a consistent weekly mileage range of 1,500–2,000 miles. This W2 position offers full benefits and a stable freight network.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience within the last 3 years (School or training time does not count toward experience).
• Must meet all DOT safety, background, and drug & alcohol requirements.

Responsibilities

• 100% touch freight.
• Box-by-box unload using rollers.
• Live unload at customer locations.
• Average 3 loads per week.
• Approximately 1,500–2,000 miles per week.
• Regional routes throughout FL, GA, SC, and parts of AL.

Pay & Compensation

• Average weekly pay: $1,400–$1,800
• 2,000 sign on bonus
• Unload pay: $240 per unloaded trailer
• Backhaul pay: $50 per backhaul
• W2 position
• Full benefits package available
• Consistent miles and steady year-round freight

Home Time & Schedule

• Minimum home weekly (resets typically taken during deliveries)
• Most deliveries occur in the early morning hours
• Nights, weekends, and holiday work required
• Predictable regional scheduling
