Job summary

Flint Logistics LLC is seeking CDL-A truck drivers for consistent dry van freight with weekly home time. The role offers 100% no-touch freight, majority drop-and-hook, and scheduled routes across the lower 48 states.

Compensation includes weekly pay ranging from $1,400 to $1,600, plus $1,000 orientation pay. Full benefits cover medical, dental, vision, 401K, disability and life insurance, vacation, and rider policies. Orientation travel is provided.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in the last 24 months or 1 year in the last 3 years.
• CDL-A license in state of residence.
• Experience with trailers 48 feet or longer.
• Current DOT physical or assistance with the cost of obtaining a new one.

Responsibilities

• Operate across the lower 48 states with majority drop-and-hook freight.
• Maintain no-touch dry van freight and general commodity shipments.
• Follow organized route planning to ensure timely deliveries.

Driver-friendly no-touch freight and consistent lane planning give CDL-A truck drivers dependable weekly work with regular home time and pay of $1,400 to $1,600 per week.

This CDL-A truck driver position provides consistent dry van freight, organized route planning, and regular home time while operating across the lower 48.

Compensation

CDL-A truck drivers earn $1,400 to $1,600 per week, with a $1,200 minimum weekly pay for the first 90 days.

Equipment

Drivers have the option to choose from Freightliners, Volvos, and Peterbilts, subject to availability. Trucks range from 2017 to 2022 models and are equipped with automatic transmissions, APU, and inverter.

Drivers operate throughout the lower 48 states with majority drop-and-hook freight to help minimize downtime. Freight is 100% no-touch.

Orientation
