Qualifications

• CDL-A license required with no auto transmission restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Execute lowbed and heavy equipment transport moves safely and on schedule.
• Operate tractor trailer combinations over 26,000 lbs GVWR.
• Complete DOT pre-trip and post-trip inspections as required.
• Maintain accurate logs, trip sheets, andTow Book documentation.
• Navigate routes using maps and GPS; communicate with Dispatch proactively.
• Handle customer interactions professionally in the field.
• Follow all DOT regulations and safety protocols.
• Keep truck clean and road-ready; report mechanical issues promptly.

You’ll be behind the wheel of Heavy-Duty Wreckers, Rollbacks, Recovery Vehicles, and Tractor Trailer combinations, working alongside a tight-knit Dispatch team that has your back every mile of the way.

Schedule & Pay

• Part-time, per diem — paid per shift worked
• Night shift
• Rotating on-call weekend availability required

What You’ll Do

• Execute lowbed and heavy equipment transport moves safely and on schedule
• Operate Tractor Trailer combinations (GVWR > 26,000 lbs)
• Perform DOT pre-trip and post-trip inspections — every time, no exceptions
• Keep driver logs, trip sheets, and Tow Book documentation accurate and on time
• Navigate routes using maps and GPS; communicate proactively with Dispatch
• Handle customer interactions professionally and calmly in the field
• Follow all DOT regulations, safety protocols, and traffic laws
• Keep your truck clean, maintained, and road-ready
• Report mechanical issues immediately — no tough-it-out cowboys here

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves

• Valid CDL-A — no restrictions on automatic transmission
• Proven lowbed and heavy/all-in equipment transport experience
• 2+ years of commercial driving experience
• Active DOT Medical Card and clean driving record
• Availability for night shifts and rotating on-call weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent

Bonus Points For

• HazMat, Tanker, or Doubles/Triples endorsements
• Basic mechanical skills
• Experience in a fast-paced, dispatch-driven environment
