Job summary

Gordon Food Service is seeking a CDL A Transit Driver in St. Louis, MO. This role requires a Doubles (T) endorsement and a Class A CDL, with at least 1 year of driving experience.

Night shifts offer home time each day and no touch freight; you will transport trailers between distribution centers or point-to-point. Expect competitive pay and benefits, with a 3rd shift schedule (Sunday to Thursday). You must read, write, and communicate in English and pass standard DOT/background checks.

Qualifications

• Must have Class A CDL at hire
• Doubles Endorsement (T) required
• Minimum of 1 year driving experience with Class A
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English

Responsibilities

• Transport loaded and empty trailers between GFS distribution centers or point-to-point routes
• Operate night shift schedule (3rd shift) Sunday–Thursday night
• Be able to pass a drug test and background check as required by DOT and Gordon Food Service
