Job summary

Performance Food Group in Columbus, OH is seeking a Shuttle Driver to transport empty trailers to warehouse locations and deliver full trailers to domicile/shuttle yards, complying with DOT regulations.

You will perform safety checks, communicate with customers, handle paperwork, and maintain equipment. This role requires valid CDL A with doubles, 12 months driving, and the ability to work a 3rd shift Sunday–Thursday. Benefits start Day 1.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid CDL A with doubles endorsement.
• Minimum 12 months commercial driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform safety checks (pre/post trip) and inspections per DOT regulations.
• Turn around and deliver full trailers to domicile/shuttle yards.
• Transport empty trailers to operating locations and communicate with customers.
• Complete route paperwork and maintain logs per company and DOT requirements.
• Unload, secure freight, and keep trailers clean and organized.
