Oak Harbor Freight Lines in Chino, CA is seeking local/regional tractor-trailer drivers. The role offers competitive mileage pay, home nightly on most routes, and comprehensive benefits. You will operate safely, meet deadlines, and adapt to weekend/night shifts as needed.

Requirements include 21+ years old, valid Class A CDL with Hazmat, Tanker, and Double/Triples endorsements, and at least one year of verifiable experience. Training is provided for certain endorsements and chaining.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years old
• Valid Class A CDL with Hazmat, Tanker, and Double/Triples endorsements
• One year of verifiable commercial driving experience
• Experience with double/triples preferred; training provided
• Chaining is required; training available
• Valid DOT Medical Certification
• Clean driving record – no DUI, reckless driving, or positive drug/alcohol screen in past 3 years
• Strong communication skills with customers, co-workers, and management
• Basic proficiency in English for reading, writing, and verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Safely operate tractor-trailer between terminals or meet points
• Navigate challenging road conditions, including inclement weather
• Consistently meet reliability and safety standards
• Be prepared to chain up as needed
• Flexibility to work weekends and/or nights if required
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Competitive Mileage Pay

• Experienced drivers can start at.78 per mile /$33.17 an hour.
• Paid for every drop, hook, chain, fuel stop, and wait time.
