Job summary

Schneider National is seeking Class A CDL intermodal drivers to haul containers within 350 miles of Memphis, TN. You will move freight that is secured to company-owned chassis with 100% no-touch work and roughly half drop-and-hook, operating in and out of railyards near Memphis.

Expect mileage and load pay plus on-duty hourly pay. A $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 months for experienced drivers, orientation pay, PTO after 6 months and 6 holiday days per year, with strong health and retirement

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Tanker and HazMat endorsements are strongly preferred.
• Live within 100 miles of West Memphis, AR.
• Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay and load pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Longevity bonus: Earn 3% of annual gross pay each year.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
