Job summary

Schneider National, Inc. is seeking Intermodal Dedicated truck drivers to haul automotive freight in containers secured to company-owned chassis. The role offers 100% no-touch freight with mostly drop-and-hook and driving to/from railyards across IL, IN, MI, and OH.

Average weekly pay ranges from $1,300 to $1,790 with home time weekly. Benefits include health coverage, 401(k) with match, sign-on bonus, and paid orientation. Experience of 3 months or more CDL required.

Overview

• Haul automotive freight in containers secured to company-owned chassis.

Pay and bonus potential

• Pay recently increased by up to $.03 per mile.
• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• $20,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 3% of annual gross pay each year.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Tanker endorsement and HazMat endorsement are strongly preferred.
• Live within 50 miles of Woodhaven, MI.
• Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience.
