Schneider National is seeking drivers for its Team Dedicated service. You will haul 100% no-touch freight in dry van trailers and operate in a mostly no-touch environment across the Midwest, Northeast and South with a focus on consistent home time.

The role offers a mileage-based pay plus hourly on duty pay, weekly guarantee in your first 90 days, and competitive bonuses including up to $10,000 sign-on for experienced drivers and $5,000 for inexperienced drivers.

• Must hold a valid Class A CDL.
• Live within 60 miles of Atlanta, GA or Nashville, TN.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first90 daysat Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $10,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
