Job summary

Schneider National is hiring for dedicated driving roles based in the Waxahachie, TX area. You will haul paper products in dry van trailers with 100% no-touch and 60% drop-and-hook freight, typically 3-5 loads per week and 1 stop-off per load.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first 90 days at Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $2,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Live within 50 miles of Wilmer, TX.
