Job summary

Schneider National is seeking drivers to haul paper products in dry van trailers, with 100% no-touch and 60% drop-and-hook freight. Expect 3-5 loads weekly and 1 stop-off per load, operating across a multi-state route.

Earn weekly pay plus bonuses, including a $5,000 sign-on for experienced drivers or $2,000 for inexperienced drivers, and a comprehensive benefits package. Orientation is paid, with PTO after 6 months and annual bonus potential.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first 90 days at Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $2,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
