Job summary

Schneider National is seeking experienced truck drivers to haul paper products in dry van trailers with 100% no-touch and 60% drop-and-hook freight. Expect 3–5 loads per week with 1 stop-off per load across a wide regional network.

Earn mileage pay plus on-duty hourly pay, with a guaranteed minimum of $1,000 weekly during the first 90 days plus weekly performance pay and sign-on bonuses. Comprehensive benefits and paid time off are offered.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first 90 days at Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $2,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
