Job summary

Schneider National is seeking drivers for dedicated Texas routes. You will haul paper products in dry van trailers with 100% no-touch freight and about 60% drop-and-hook. Expect 3–5 loads weekly, with 1 stop-off per load, and routes within several states including TX.

You’ll receive mileage pay plus hourly pay on duty, a $1,000 weekly guarantee in your first 90 days, weekly performance pay, and sign-on bonuses depending on experience. Orientation paid and strong benefits available.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first 90 days at Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $2,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
