Job summary

Schneider National in the United States is seeking experienced drivers for dry van trailer hauling paper products, with 100% no-touch and 85% drop-and-hook freight and 3–5 loads per week. You will drive within the Eastern 37 states and earn mileage pay plus on-duty hourly pay with weekly paychecks.

New drivers can receive a $5,000 or $2,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in the first year, paid orientation, paid time off after 6 months, and a yearly bonus up to 2% of gross pay.

Overview

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first 90 days at Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $2,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
