Schneider National is hiring for dedicated CDL A drivers to haul dry van trailers within Ohio. This role features 100% no-touch freight, weekly pay, and a sign-on bonus paid over the first year (experienced or inexperienced). Expect mileage pay plus on-duty hourly pay, orientation, PTO after 6 months, and annual bonus.

Overview

• Dry van trailer hauling hoses.
• 100% no-touch freight.
• 5 loads per week with 4-5 stop-offs per load.
• Drive within Ohio.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $7,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
