Job summary

Schneider National is seeking Qualified drivers for dedicated routes serving the Tulsa, OK area. This role focuses on hauling home improvement supplies in dry van trailers with 100% no-touch and high reliability, delivering a steady weekly workload on routes across AR, CO, IA, IL, IN, KS, MO, ND, NE & SD.

You will be paid mileage plus hourly on duty, with a guaranteed weekly pay during onboarding and opportunities for performance bonuses and sign-on incentives.

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• HazMat endorsement required within 90 days of hire; online training will help.
• Live within 50 miles of Tulsa, OK.

Overview

• Haul home improvement supplies in dry van trailers.
• 100% no-touch and 90% drop-and-hook.
• 5-10 loads per week.
• Drive within AR, CO, IA, IL, IN, KS, MO, ND, NE & SD.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first90 daysat Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $2,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• HazMat endorsement required within 90 days of hire — Schneider’s self-paced online certification training will help you secure it.
