Job summary

Schneider National is seeking drivers in Minnesota for dedicated hauling. You will transport building materials on flatbed trailers and unload with moffetts, delivering to homeowners, job sites, and businesses within about 150 miles of Inver Grove Heights.

Expect a Monday–Saturday schedule starting early morning with consistent weekly miles. Compensation includes hourly pay, weekly performance pay, a $7,500 sign-on bonus for experienced drivers or $5,000 for inexperienced drivers paid over 12

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.

Pay and bonus potential

• Hourly pay.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $7,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Live within 45 miles of Inver Grove Heights, MN or Rochester, MN.
