Job summary

HireQuest Direct is seeking a dependable Class A driver for Northwest Washington, handling highway, mountain-road, logging-road, and off-highway work with newer Kenworth trucks. You’ll work independently with a strong safety mindset and will be trusted to manage routes and schedules.

Log hauling experience is preferred but not required; our client will train an otherwise qualified driver who meets the two-year Class A requirement.

Position OverviewOur client hauls logs and timber throughout Northwest Washington using company-provided, newer-model Kenworth trucks. We are seeking a dependable, safety-minded Class A driver for highway, mountain-road, logging-road, and other off-highway work.Drivers are trusted to manage their work professionally and independently. Log hauling experience is preferred but not required. Our client will train an otherwise qualified driver who has the required two full years of Class A driving experience but lacks log-hauling experience.
