Wooster Motor Ways, Inc. is seeking a dependable Company Driver to haul freight on our regional lanes. Local Pneumatic Drivers are paid weekly on average, with starting compensation at 25% of line haul and growth to 28% after 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Operate Class A tractor-trailers to transport freight and specialized cargo.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections; report defects promptly.
• Load, secure, and inspect cargo; handle hazmat or temp-sensitive freight as required.
• Maintain accurate hours-of-service logs and DOT/FMCSA documents.
• Verify bills of lading, collect signatures, and ensure paperwork accuracy.
• Plan routes and schedules to meet pickup and delivery windows.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance and keep trailers clean and ready.
