Job summary

Safeload Trucking is seeking a CDL-A local driver for the Chicago, IL area. You will be home daily, with a consistent six-day work week, and a 34-hour weekly reset. Night driving is required on a local Chicago operation with a 91-mile longest round trip and a 50-mile live-zone requirement.

Equipment includes automatic transmission trucks and 53-foot trailers. Most loads are drop-and-hook (95%), with some pallet jack unloading (5%).
