Job Title: CDL A Drivers

Potential annual earnings up to $105K

Hourly rate: $24.25/hour plus incentives and overtime

Job Profile Summary

Operate daily routes with frequent stops, load packages onto hand trucks, unload at each stop, and follow the designated route order. Work in a cross-dock model, managing trucks from nightly deliveries, and assist with loading, palletizing, and other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Manage major programs and projects with technical, customer, and personnel oversight.
• Run efficient routes, meeting or exceeding time goals.
• Unload products using hand carts, moving items in all weather conditions.
• Lift and move products weighing 1-75 pounds, up to 100 pounds, frequently.
• Verify deliveries, obtain signatures, and communicate discrepancies.
• Report missing items or issues to management.
• Handle customer complaints professionally.
• Follow safety protocols, perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections per DOT regulations.

Minimum Qualifications

• 21+ years old.
• Pre-employment background check and drug screening required.
• Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Physically capable of lifting, pushing, or moving 40-100 pounds repeatedly.
• Flexible schedule, including overtime, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-year delivery experience preferred.
• 6 months experience with hand trucks.
• 6 months Food and Beverage industry experience.
• Two years of consistent work history preferred.
