CDL A Drivers can earn up to $105K annually
Hourly rate: $24.25/hour plus incentive and overtime pay
Drivers are home every night, routes are local.

Job Profile Summary

All drivers operate daily routes with frequent stops, loading packages onto hand trucks and unloading at each stop as designated by the Transportation Department Manager. The role involves operating in a cross-dock model, picking up loaded trucks from nightly deliveries, and returning empties to the lot. Occasional assistance with loading, palletizing, and other duties may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical, customer relations, and personnel management for major programs and projects.
• Run routes efficiently, meeting or exceeding times.
• Unload product from trailers and place in designated areas, possibly in all weather conditions.
• Lift, push, or move products weighing 1-75 pounds, up to 100 pounds, frequently reaching up to 72" for stacking and unstacking pallets.
• Verify deliveries with customers, obtain signatures, and communicate discrepancies or errors.
• Report shortages and handle customer complaints professionally.
• Follow safety protocols, perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections per DOT regulations and company policies.

Minimum Qualifications

• 21+ years old.
• Pre-employment background check and drug screening required.
• Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Capable of lifting, pushing, or moving 40-100 pounds repeatedly.
• Flexible with overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of customer delivery experience preferred.
• 6 months of hand truck experience preferred.
• Food and Beverage industry experience preferred.
• Consistent 2-year work history preferred.
