CDL A Drivers can earn up to $105K annually
Hourly rate: $24.25/hour plus incentive and overtime pay

Job Profile Summary
All drivers run daily routes with frequent stops, loading packages onto hand trucks and unloading products at each stop in the order designated by the Transportation Department Manager. The candidate will operate successfully in a cross-dock model, picking up a loaded truck from a nightly delivery at the assigned loading dock and returning the empty truck to the lot at the end of the route. May occasionally assist with loading trucks, palletizing products, and other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Manager.
Responsibilities
Provide technical, customer relations, and personnel management for major programs and projects.
Run routes efficiently, meeting or exceeding designated times.
Unload products from trailers using hand carts or by hand, placing them in designated customer storage areas, often in all weather conditions.
Frequently lift, push, or move products weighing 1-75 pounds, up to 100 pounds; reach up to 72" to stack/unstack pallets; bend and twist during loading/unloading.
Verify deliveries with customers, obtain signatures, and communicate any errors or discrepancies to management.
Report if a customer does not receive their full order (shorts).
Handle customer complaints professionally.
Operate company equipment properly, follow safety rules, and perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections per DOT regulations and company policies.
Minimum Qualifications
21+ years of age.
Pre-employment background check and drug screening required.
Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
Ability to lift, push, or move products weighing 40-60 pounds regularly, up to 100 pounds.
Flexibility for overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
1 year of customer delivery experience preferred.
6 months of hand truck experience preferred.
6 months of Food and Beverage experience preferred.
2 years of consistent work history preferred.
