Job summary

Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. is seeking a delivery driver in Minnesota who will perform daily deliveries (approximately 10–12 stops) while handling freight and paperwork with a focus on excellent customer service.

The role requires a valid CDL, hazmat endorsement within 60 days, and the ability to pass a DOT physical. Minimal lifting of up to 75 pounds is required, and location is on site with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED is required.
Two years of consecutive driving experience or recent Truck Driving School certification.
Hazmat endorsement required within 60 days of hire.
Must be 21 years or older.
No preventable accidents, license suspensions, or moving violations in past 2 years.
No alcohol-related convictions in the last 10 years.
Able to pass DOT physical and obtain medical certificate.
Ability to push, pull, move, and lift at least 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

Deliver products to customers, averaging 10–12 stops per day while handling freight, paperwork, and customer service.
Accurately count and record quantities and styles of delivered and picked up products.
Complete hazardous material shipping paperwork per DOT regulations.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and identify maintenance needs.
Build relationships with internal and external customers to meet business goals.
Continuously learn how Linde operates to support growth.
