Performance Foodservice is hiring a CDL-A Delivery Driver in Shawano, WI. You will haul food and related products on intrastate and interstate routes, unload at customers, and represent the company professionally on every stop.

Expect local routes with no nights or weekends, a starting bonus of $10,000, and first-year earnings around $75,000 or more. Benefits begin Day 1, with 401(k) matching, stock purchase plan, education assistance, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 6+ months commercial driving experience.
• Valid CDL-A license.
• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Meet state licensing/certification requirements where applicable.
• Clean MVR for past 3 years.
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Pass road test.
• DOT Health Card current or ability to obtain it.
• Able to lift 10-90 lb items and operate equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive tractor trailer or straight truck on local/OTR routes delivering food products.
• Perform pre/post trip safety inspections and report issues.
• Deliver and unload items at customer locations and obtain signatures.
• Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs per DOT.
