Job summary

AAA Cooper Transportation, Inc. in Medford, OR is seeking a Linehaul CDL A Truck Driver to operate company trailers across intra- and inter-state routes. You will meet safety and DOT standards, perform pre/post-trip inspections, and record trip data.

The role requires Hazmat/Tanker/Doubles endorsements, 1 year of tractor-trailer experience, and a clean driving record. Onboarding, training, and a comprehensive benefits package are included.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL and DOT physical required.
• Hazmat, Tanker, and Doubles/Triples endorsements required.
• Minimum 1 year tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Driving record with no more than two moving violations in 3 years.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Must complete onboarding, including drug screening, background check, MVR, and PSP.
• Successful completion of new-hire training, driving test, trailer test, and forklift test.
• Minimum 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Operate safely under state and federal regulations and DOT rules.
• Meet DOT medical standards and maintain Medical Examiner's Certificate.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and report defects.
• Record ELD, VIR, trip and dispatch information per policy.
• Ensure cargo is secured and load/unload freight as required.
• Maintain communication with dispatch and adhere to trip schedules.
• Represent the company professionally to customers and team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
