Job summary

R+L Carriers in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Class A Linehaul Driver to move trailers between service centers and turn-points and return home daily.

You will operate 53’ van trailers or doubles, maintain safety, pass DOT requirements, and uphold our commitment to reliability and on-time deliveries.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A required.
• 1 year verifiable Class A driving experience within the past 3 years.
• Good driving record / MVR and PSP with no serious violations and no more than 3 moving violations in 3 years.
• Age 23, 21 if FMCSA specs to transition from military to civilian CDL.
• Able to pass pre-employment DOT physical and drug screen.
• Able to complete a successful road test.
• Must be dependable.

Responsibilities

• Pull van trailers up to 53’ or double trailers between service centers and turn-point locations.
• Return home daily while performing linehaul duties.
• Operate equipment safely at all times and comply with DOT rules.
• Maintain logs and ensure on-time deliveries and safety.
