Job summary

US3090 Sygma Illinois (The Sygma Network, Inc) is seeking a commercial driver to safely transport products from the warehouse to customer locations, primarily daytime with some night driving. Routes extend out 2–3 days and may require interstate travel.

You will handle logs, inspections and bill of ladings, ensure proper temperatures, and maintain equipment while building strong customer relationships through clear communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 1 year of tractor-trailer driving experience preferred.
• Completion of tractor-trailer driving school acceptable in addition to diploma.

Responsibilities

• Safely transports product from the warehouse to the customer location and ensures timely delivery per route.
• Completes required paperwork per DOT and company guidelines (logs, inspections, vehicle maintenance, bill of ladings).
• Ensures food safety protocols are followed (correct temperatures).
• Follows safe work methods and reports unsafe conditions to management.
• Operates equipment including trailers and pallets and communicates clearly with customers and management.
• Builds good relationships with customers through courteous service and clear communication.
• Reports deviations to route, trailer, loading, or customer issues to management.
• Maintains attendance and works flexible hours to meet customer needs.
